The abandoned city Vardzia is one of the main attractions of Georgia. The rock, consisting of many man-made and natural caves, is located off the coast of the Kura in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region. Eight floors of the complex are open, interconnected by stairs, tunnels and secret passages.
