“The main thing for the concept of an oligarch is that a person uses power in his interests and has certain influence over government, in this case we have no such thing. When we talk about oligarchy, believe me, there is no reason to draw such a conclusion with regard to Bidzina Ivanishvili.” Mikhail Sarjveladze, MP from the parliamentary majority, said. Earlier, the billionaire and former prime minister said that he had retired from politics and would not engage in it. But opposition leaders can get on the list: the founders of the Lelo party, former bankers Japaridze and Khazaradze, ex-president Saakashvili, and ex-defense minister Kezerashvili.
