We gave birth in December 2021, having gone through several metropolitan clinics and settled on the Pineo Luxury maternity hospital. Several recommendations from our friends strengthened this decision and we did not regret it. There was always an individual approach (a separate elevator to their 4th floor, especially) and an attentive attitude, and for those who wish there is childbirth in the water. I was in the operating room during childbirth and the next three days in the hospital ward with my wife and child. Three meals a day (the most common), round-the-clock nurse nearby. The total cost for everything was about 3500 lari (about $1200). I give, by agreement, the phone number of the head physician of the department, Zaza Sinauridze: +995577405200 (you can write to him in Viber), he is ready to help all visiting women in labor, regardless of citizenship.

This is possible only if one of the parents is a citizen of Georgia.

📈🏡 In 2023, Georgian real estate prices may grow by 15-20%.
This was stated by Georgy Mzhavanadze, an expert at the TBC Capital investment company:
“The residential real estate market has been developing rapidly throughout Georgia since 2022. There are positive trends in both sales and rentals. In October 2022, compared to October 2021, the increase in the cost of rent reached an unprecedented value: +120% in USD. Realization value increased by 28% over the same period. At the same time, the total volume of housing sold in square meters increased by +34%. This trend started from the beginning of the year, and accelerated in the second half. We expect it to continue next year. In particular, in 2023 we expect real estate prices to rise by another 18%. And rent can rise up to another 20% - 25%. Correction may not come until 2024.”

Banks and the financial sector will not switch to the so-called Estonian income tax model (bonuses when reinvesting in a business). For them, the existing income tax system will be retained, but the rate will be increased from 15% to 20%. This was stated by Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili. There are different sizes, from small 10-20 cm to meter. Real chichilaki is most often made from a hazel branch, which is sequentially planed from one end, leaving thin shavings to stick to the other end. The result is a stick with a lush chip crown (beard "Didi Basili" - St. Basil), which is chichilaki. They can be decorated with berries, leaves, flowers, and a coin is often fixed at the top. They are burned the day before Baptism of the Lord. It is believed that the ashes carry away all the bad.
