The video was sent to me by subscribers who watched thousands of insect “tornadoes” actively moving around the reservoir. I forwarded the information to the Center for Disease Control and received this response:
“Nikolay, mosquitoes lived before us. It is virtually impossible to destroy them in their natural habitat. We monitor their population and that they do not become carriers of diseases. If necessary, we notify through our resources and the media about the danger. There are no emergency situations in this video and region now. It's just such an active period."

The family started looking for Mariam at about 7 pm, gradually more and more people from all over the city joined the search, the area was divided into sectors, and orientations and photos of the child were published in all media. Luckily, she was found by two locals who were searching the area with their dog. It turned out that the girl hid in a doghouse and fell asleep.
