Раб /rap/ voiced consonants become voiceless in the end of the word😉 stimmhafte Konsonanten werden am Ende des Wortes stimmlos😉.

Рр /r/ roll the tip of your tongue upwards, almost on the same spot where the sound /d/ is produced😉
Рр /r/ rolle die Zungenspitze nach oben, fast an die Stelle, wo der Laut /d/ entsteht😉 .

Yes, in unstressed positions Oo gives /a/ sound, unless the speaker has south accent or comes from a faaaaraway village)
