Finally, eventually, and at last….. Our fabulous Georgian team got together to celebrate the summer and see each other in person! 💫
We don’t think the Orbeti rest area outside of Tbilisi has ever seen so much excitement 💥 There were activities for everyone: board games, team-building challenges, football and more. And of course delicious food and beautiful songs by a live band added even more fun to the celebration. A cozy bonfire warmed the evening.
We could go on and on about how much fun the team had, but pictures will do it better! Swipe left to see how it went 😉

➡ A Complete Guide to API Development – Importance, Working, Tools, Terminology and best Practices
Since you’ve probably heard the term “API” about a trillion times when talking to mobile app developers, it’s time to learn more about the details: what they are, how they’re developed, how to use them, and how they work. So, put on your seat belts and get ready to get into the world of APIs – the superheroes behind the functioning of mobile apps.
➡ How to Write Better-Performing React Function Components
This article will introduce you to how to write better-functioning React functional components. It does not include common sense aspects of web performance optimization, such as HTTP request optimization, cache optimization, browser optimization, etc.
➡ Why End-to-End (E2E) Testing is Often Good Enough
End-to-End tests are the best way to ensure sanity and the integrity of a system as a whole. It lies in the upper tier of the testing pyramid right below UI testing; in E2E testing, we pick user scenarios and test to see if all components of the system produce desired outputs when they interact. For certain apps, E2E tests are more critical than UI testing and can give better results. In this post, we will discuss what E2E testing is and how it can make our systems more resilient and reliable.
➡ Golden Rules for Combining Front-End Security and UI
This guide explains the key principles for designing innovative UI while maintaining a high level of security against possible attacks.
➡ BEM vs. SMACSS: Comparing CSS methodologies
CSS can be a real pain to work with if you don’t have a good methodology or architecture to follow. Writing a slew of different selectors all over the place isn’t the ideal strategy; it creates a lot of specificity-related problems and can make our codebase chaotic and debugging tough.
➡ How to Escape from Memory Leaks in JavaScript
Developers often neglect memory management due to misconceptions of automatic memory allocation by JavaScript engines, leading to memory leaks and ultimately poor performance. This article explores memory management, types of memory leaks, and how to hunt memory leaks in JavaScript using Chrome DevTools.
➡ A Whole Website in a Single JavaScript File
This article can't and shouldn't be a guide for creating web applications, but it shows how powerful Deno is. Because of better performance, usage of native ES6 imports, first-class Typenoscript support, and a great standard library, Deno has become an exciting alternative to NodeJS. Maybe it's worth considering Deno for your next project!

We are expanding our operations to Hungary 🌍
🎙 “Quality equals the right combination of expertise and communication, and our corporate culture follows this philosophy in every way,” says Eyal Zucker, the managing partner of Exadel Hungary.
He further elaborated on the expansion, stating that, in the future, the Hungarian branch will be one of the major hubs of the company, serving international clients from all corners of the world.
🎙 "In Hungary, Exadel is still a startup with a family atmosphere, serving large international corporations with its unique IT solutions. We are familiar with both business models, so we know how to combine their advantages.”
The majority of Exadel employees work fully remotely, with the freedom to work from home or travel wherever they would like. Nevertheless, the company also provides a spacious, modern office in the center of Budapest for those who prefer to commute. All employees are given the latest technologies necessary for their work, as well as flexible working hours.

Good recruiters know how to interview candidates. Perfect recruiters pass interviews with flying colors themselves 🌟
Read our top tips to tackle a job interview for a Recruiter’s position at Exadel! 👇
📌 Research information about the company beforehand.
A candidate’s questions are the best indicator showing his/her interest in getting a job there. Ask about everything: recruitment process, projects, team, KPI, etc.
📌 Get technically prepared.
This is commonplace advice but often overlooked by candidates. If you have little experience, learn in detail the search tools, where to look and how to hire, how to make the first contact with candidates, etc. Be sure to repeat how to work with Boolean Search. This is an integral part of a recruiter’s job, even if you use other programs for making requests. It is important to understand the essence of the request, and variants of special logical operators, thanks to which you can process a huge flow of information and get relevant results. And, of course, be prepared to talk about your work experience.
📌 Explore the hiring process in your location and other European countries.
It’s great if you are aware of trends, know popular job boards, and understand the main types of contracts.
📌 Forget the myth that without experience, it is impossible to get into a good company.
We at Exadel are always ready to consider newcomers and help them get started. If you don’t have experience as a recruiter yet, but you are trying to fill in gaps in skills and knowledge by yourself, study the differences between tech stacks, if you are proactive and can think on your feet, the doors of Exadel are open!
📌 Check the sound quality and PC performance before the interview and turn on your webcam.
Moreover, for a recruiter a camera is one of the working tools, it must be set up and stable and ready to go at all times.
📌 Remember that an interview is not an exam or an earth-shattering event in life. Don't be too worried.
This is a conversation between two people united by one goal - to connect a worthy candidate and a good position. An interview is a valuable experience. Even if, for some reason, you do not receive a Job Offer, you’ll receive feedback that will help you analyze what was missing and what you should pay attention to next time.
📌 Try to be in a good mood!
If there are any issues and concerns, it's better to resolve them in advance, than come to the interview with doubts and anxiety. It is always nice to communicate with a positive-minded, affable person. Then time slips past, and there will be no unnecessary stress.
We are looking for great recruiters to join our team! We believe that armed with our advice, you will easily get the desired position 😊

You are often in the sidelines and “offscreen,” but how would we ever manage without you? Every day you save users, solving problems, sharing hacks, and reminding us to change our keyboard layouts 😊
Today is yours! Thank you for not leaving us in the lurch and always standing guard over us. We hope you only have the smartest of users, who never ask you the same question twice. We also hope you stay patient with us, when we inevitably do 💙
For the holiday, we’ve collected the most famous stereotypes about this profession and talked to Exadel’s system administrators to challenge them 😏
But before we dispel all stereotypes about sysadmins in our post, let's play and collect our own statistics! So, here we go! 👇
