Exadel took part in the first stage of a large-scale retraining project called #500WomenInTech 💥

Exadel is an official partner of 500 Women in Tech in Georgia. The following project aims to strengthen the role of women and their involvement in the field of technology.

It has been a great pleasure to be a part of this project together with our Technical and Education departments. The next phase is starting soon, and we are ready to actively contribute to the professional development of students and the formation of a sustainable technology ecosystem in Georgia.

Additionally, a follow-up memorandum was signed between Business and Technology University and Exadel Georgia to maintain this brilliant initiative of #500WomenInTech by BTU, the Norwegian Government, and the UN Women 🤝

We are expanding our operations to Hungary 🌍

📌 Research information about the company beforehand.
A candidate’s questions are the best indicator showing his/her interest in getting a job there. Ask about everything: recruitment process, projects, team, KPI, etc.

📌 Get technically prepared.

This is commonplace advice but often overlooked by candidates. If you have little experience, learn in detail the search tools, where to look and how to hire, how to make the first contact with candidates, etc. Be sure to repeat how to work with Boolean Search. This is an integral part of a recruiter’s job, even if you use other programs for making requests. It is important to understand the essence of the request, and variants of special logical operators, thanks to which you can process a huge flow of information and get relevant results. And, of course, be prepared to talk about your work experience.

📌 Explore the hiring process in your location and other European countries.
It’s great if you are aware of trends, know popular job boards, and understand the main types of contracts.

📌 Forget the myth that without experience, it is impossible to get into a good company.

Moreover, for a recruiter a camera is one of the working tools, it must be set up and stable and ready to go at all times.

📌 Remember that an interview is not an exam or an earth-shattering event in life. Don't be too worried.

This is a conversation between two people united by one goal - to connect a worthy candidate and a good position. An interview is a valuable experience. Even if, for some reason, you do not receive a Job Offer, you’ll receive feedback that will help you analyze what was missing and what you should pay attention to next time.
