Here is the explanation:
-Engine power remains the same
-Power=Force*Speed
-Drag Force depends on the car-air relative speed (squared)
The calculations lead to v2 = 316.8km/h
Drag coefficient, frontal area etc were not needed!

Evolution of Haas F1 cars:
There is a clear trend of the🟡sidepods air inlets getting significantly thinner
The🟣roll hoop air inlet shrunk in '23, but its area grew again in '24 with the addition of two additional inlet channels
Overall, the cooling requirements seem improved
