Prepare for Ramadan!
♥️ اللهم بلغنا رمضان ♥️
The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه و سلم) used to always eagerly await the arrival of Ramadan, for what it contains from benefit, as well as it being the best of months.
[It is reported that] He (صلى الله عليه و سلم) used to always say: O Allah, allow us to witness Ramadan, and bless our time within it (i.e., allow us to perform many good deeds and not waste it), and allow us to be of those who fast it with sincerity, faith, and a hopeful expectance of attaining [Your Reward O Allah], O Allah allow us to love having Emaan, and beatify it within our hearts, and make us of those who are successful. O Allah relieve the worry of the worried, from all the Muslims, and cure our sick, and the sick of all the Muslims...
So it is incumbent upon the individual to invest in Ramadan by performing righteous deeds and pleasing Allah (سبحانه و تعالى), and it is like a race [of good deeds] amongst the slaves, some slaves outpace the others – of them are those who always race to do righteous deeds, so they are victorious [in this life and the next], so be of the victorious.

Q. What is the ruling on using Ramadan Advent calendars, which have gained popularity in the West?
Denoscription: A Ramadan Advent calendar is a countdown tool used to mark each day of Ramadan leading up to Eid. It often contains small treats or prizes, such as chocolates or other surprises, hidden behind daily doors or pockets, with the purpose of exciting the kids.
A. This is completely prohibited in Islam.
The practise of advent calendars stems from traditional Advent calendars used during the occasion filled with Shirk and lies against Allah - Christmas.
This matter should not be taken lightly nor tolerated. The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Whoever imitates a people is one of them.”
— Sunan Abi Dawood
Do not allow shops and markets to exploit and commercialise on our blessed month for their own selfish gain. The Muslim is smarter than that!
To instill a love for Ramadan in your children, nurture their connection with Allah throughout the year, not isolated efforts. You cannot abandon their religious upbringing and expect a sudden love of Ramadan to emerge from them. With this calendar - an imitation of the disbelievers - you are teaching them to be reliant on materialism in Ramadan for happiness and excitement rather than Allah and His forgiveness. You are making them excited for the end of Ramadan as a countdown to Eid rather than having them yearn for the blessed month of Ramadan to stay with us. Follow Allah and His Messenger, that is your best guide. Display your own love for Allah, His Messenger, and the month of Ramadan, and your children will naturally follow your example.
“Today I have perfected your faith for you, completed My favour upon you, and chosen Islam as your way.”

اللطيف
The لطف of Allah سبحانه وتعالى is to know if you’re ever in a predicament where you don’t find anyone to express anyone your feelings to, Allah سبحانه وتعالى knows about them. And He dispenses His Mercy and Relief, in ways you don’t perceive it.
If you have loved ones, and you’re able to express to them what you’re going through but you know they won’t understand, then you need to contemplate the لطف of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
If you have loved ones who understand your struggles, but you know it’s useless telling them because they really can do nothing about them. Then contemplate the لطف of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
Sometimes the pain and sorrow that you’re going through is confidential, you don’t want anyone knowing about them. Contemplate the لطف of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
Sometimes what you’re going through, maybe something you yourself can’t express. You don’t know the cause of it. Sudden depression or anxiety. In all that, contemplate the لطف of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
If you face that or anything similar like that, then contemplate:
ٱللَّهُ لَطِيفٌۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرۡزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَوِىُّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
Allâh is very Gracious and Kind to His slaves. He gives provisions to whom He wills. And He is the All-Strong, the All-Mighty. [42:19]
You need to know Al Lateef knows tha darkest pain in the bottom of your heart, like He knows the grain of a mustard seed that’s hidden inside every single rock in the heavens and in the earth.
