Do not hesitate about returning to Allah
Despite your mistakes and no matter how sinful you might be, for if He covered (protected) you under the roof of sin
He will not expose you under the wing of repentance.

Aal-e-Imran 3:193
Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ)] calling to faith, [saying], 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die among the righteous.

Invocations of Rising Up from the Rukūʿ
Then he rises (from bowing) and moves his hands while saying: Sami' Allāhu liman ḥamidah (Allāh hears the one who praises Him) - this is for the Imam and the one praying alone (Munfarid).
As for the follower (Maʾmūm), he says: Rabbanā wa laka al-ḥamd (Our Lord, and to You is all praise). And in this regard, there are four forms narrated from the Messenger of Allāh (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him).
