Adh-Dhariyat
It was narrated that Al-Bara’ (رضي الله عنه) said:
“We used to pray Zuhr behind the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and we heard some of the verses from Surah Luqman and Adh-Dhariyat from him.”
Sunan an-Nasa’i 971
Anas (رضي الله عنه) said:
(Explaining the meaning) of the following Qur’anic verse
“They used to sleep but little of the night
(51:17)
They (the people) used to pray between the Maghrib and ‘Isha. The version of Yahya adds: The verse
They arise from [their] beds; they supplicate their Lord in fear and aspiration
(32:16)
also means so.
Sunan Abi Dawud 1322
Ibn Kathir (رحمه الله) related about
They used to sleep but little of the night
(51:17)
That Abdullah bin Salam (رضي الله عنه) said,
“When the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) arrived at Al-Madinah, people quickly gathered around him and I was among them. When I saw his face, I knew that it was not the face of a liar. The first statement I heard from him was, ‘O people! Feed with food, keep relations to kith and kin, spread the Salam, pray at night while people are asleep, and you will enter Paradise in peace’.”
Imam Ahmad (رحمه الله) recorded that Abdullah bin Umar (رضي الله عنه) said that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said,
“Verily, there are lofty rooms in Paradise in which their outside can be seen from inside and their inside from the outside.” Abu Musa Al-Ash`ari (رضي الله عنه) said, “Who are they for, O Allah’s Messenger” He said, For those who use soft speech, feed food and spend the night in voluntary prayer while people are asleep.

Never be touched with a problem!
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, whosoever says by himself (secretly), if someone sees anyone with a catastrophe, anyone with affliction or any kind of problem, anything, whatever it may be, you see someone Allah afflicted them with something...you say this Duah:
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي مِمَّا ابْتَلَاكَ بِهِ
وَفَضَّلَنِي عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ تَفْضِيلَا
All praise and all thanks be to Allah, Almighty God, who saved me from that tribulation, affliction (whatever it was you saw).
But you are supposed to say this to yourself (secretly). Not to say it when someone else can hear you or cause hurt to another.
All praise and all thanks to Allah, Almighty God, the one who saved me from this tribulation/problem which he tested you with it.
Because trials and tribulations are a test for the believers.
And for sure, who has certainly favoured me by not touching me (with it), and preferred me over much of His creation (because I don’t have that problem, or have that affliction. Allah didn’t touch me with it).
That’s why you praise Allah.
Then you’ll never get that tribulation you said it for.
Same with CoronaVirus, if you see some people touched with this tribulation, say this duah, If Allah wills - He will never touch you or inflict you with it!
This is with any problem or tribulation at all!

“We send down the Qur’ān as healing and mercy to those who believe...” (17:82)
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Make thorough use of the two cures: honey and the Qur’ān.” (Ibn Mājah)
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله wrote: ‘The Qur’ān is the complete healing for all mental, spiritual and physical diseases; all the diseases of this world and the Hereafter. But not everyone is guided to use it for the purpose of healing. If the sick person uses the Qur’ān for healing in the proper way, and applies it to his disease with sincerity, faith, complete acceptance and firm conviction, fulfilling all its conditions, then no disease can resist it. How can a disease resist the words of the Lord of the heavens and earth which, if He had revealed it to the mountains, they would have crumbled, and if He had revealed it to the earth, it would have broken apart? There is no sickness, spiritual or physical, but in the Qur’ān there is that which indicates its remedy, its cause and how to protect against it for those who are blessed with the understanding of His Book.’

ENJOINING GOOD & FORBIDDING EVIL
If you are a truly just person, you will forgive those believers who have transgressed against you. Why? Because if you realize you have transgressed against a believer, you would want him to forgive you. The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother that which he loves for himself.

Abu Musa Ash'ari reported on the authority of his father that Allahs Apostle (ﷺ) used to supplicate in these words:
" O Allah, forgive me my faults, my ignorance, my immoderation in my concerns. And Thou art better aware (of my affairs) than myself. O Allah, grant me forgiveness (of the faults which I committed) seriously or otherwise (and which I committed inadvertently and de- liberately. All these (failings) are in me. O Allah, grant me forgiveness from the fault which I did in haste or deferred, which I committed in privacy or in public and Thou art better aware of (them) than myself. Thou art the First and the Last and over all things Thou art Omnipotent."

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most false of tales. Do not seek out faults, do not spy on each other, do not contend with each other, do not envy each other, do not hate each other, and do not turn away from each other. Rather, be servants of Allah as brothers.”

Nothing in this world is going to fix your problems and heal your heart, not a friend, not your spouse, not a parent, no-one can heal your heart except Allāh. No-one can remove the burdens you feel which weigh like mountains on your shoulders except Allāh. The problems will remain until you realise this and turn to Allāh purely and sincerely, making your life only for Him. Only then will miracles happen in your life, and the sadness will disappear.

See you not, that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky, and causes it to penetrate the earth, (and then makes it to spring up) as water-springs and afterward thereby produces crops of different colours, and afterward they wither and you see them turn yellow, then He makes them dry and broken pieces. Verily, in this, is a Reminder for men of understanding.

Shafi’i on Malice: Forgiveness relieved my soul of anxiety
Al-Shafi’i, may Allah have mercy on him, wrote in his poetry, “When I forgave and stopped holding malice against anyone, I relieved my soul of the worries of enmity.”

As-Sajdah - 32:5
English - Ibn Kathir
He directs the command from the heavens to the earth; then it will go up to Him,)
means, His command comes down from above the heavens to the furthest boundary of the seventh earth.
This is like the Ayah,
It is Allah Who has created seven heavens and of the earth the like thereof. The command descends between them,(65:12)
Deeds are raised up to the place of recording above the lowest heaven. The distance between heaven and earth is the distance of five hundred years traveling, and the thickness of the heaven is the distance of five hundred years.
Mujahid, Qatadah and Ad-Dahhak said,
"The distance covered by the angel when he descends or ascends is the distance of five hundred years, but he covers it in the blink of an eye."
Allah says:
English - Mohsin Khan/Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
He arranges (every) affair from the heavens to the earth, then it (affair) will go up to Him, in one Day, the space whereof is a thousand years of your reckoning (i.e. reckoning of our present world's time).

DELIGHT AND HAPPINESS
The deeper the servant reflects on the manifest and hidden favours and blessing of Allāh [with regards] to worldly and religious affairs, the more he sees that his Lord has granted him so much goodness and has distanced him from countless worries and sadness. There is no doubt that all this removes sadness and sorrow and replaces them with delight and happiness.
