Ibn Kathīr رحمه الله said: “It is the custom of this worldly life that it runs away from the one who seeks to possess it and goes after the one who runs away from it.”

(Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr 197/4)
Shaykh Ibn Qayyim (RH) said: I and my brother- Shaykh Al Islam- completed reciting the Qur'an 80 times while we were in the last prison. We then started for the 81th round until the Shaykh Al Islam reached this verse:
Sura 54 - Ayat 54-55
"Verily, The Muttaqun (pious), will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers (Paradise). In a seat of truth (i.e. Paradise), near the Omnipotent King (Allah, the All-Blessed, the Most High, the Owner of Majesty and Honour).
And just as Shaykh Al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah RH finished reciting these last two verses of Surah Qamar, his soul was taken from him
May Allah have mercy on him and Ibn Qayyim.

Dhunya is full of battles. Contentment is only when we take our first step in Jannah, bi idnillah.
So don't be afraid of losing anything for the sake of Allah, or to gain His pleasure. Because when you gain His rahmah and His love, that's all you'd ever want in this life.

You gotta be passionate about Tawheed and kufr bit taghut. Passionate about wala and bara. Passionate about taking haqq and leaving batil. Passionate about love for the Messanger of Allah ﷺ. Passion more intense than a fire and more enduring than a mountain.

Al-Isra' - 17:28
English - Mohsin Khan/Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
And if you (O Muhammad SAW) turn away from them (kindred, poor, wayfarer, etc. whom We have ordered you to give their rights, but if you have no money at the time they ask you for it) and you are awaiting a mercy from your Lord for which you hope, then, speak unto them a soft kind word (i.e. Allah will give me and I shall give you).
English - Ibn Kathir
وَإِمَّا تُعْرِضَنَّ عَنْهُمُ ابْتِغَاء رَحْمَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكَ
And if you turn away from them and you are awaiting a mercy from your Lord,
`If your relatives and those to whom We have commanded you to give, ask you for something, and you do not have anything, and you turn away from them because you have nothing to give,
تَرْجُوهَا
for which you hope,
i.e. a mercy from your Lord,
فَقُل لَّهُمْ قَوْلاً مَّيْسُورًا
then, speak unto them a soft, kind word.
meaning, with a promise.
