Prepare for Ramadan!
♥️ اللهم بلغنا رمضان ♥️
The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه و سلم) used to always eagerly await the arrival of Ramadan, for what it contains from benefit, as well as it being the best of months.
[It is reported that] He (صلى الله عليه و سلم) used to always say: O Allah, allow us to witness Ramadan, and bless our time within it (i.e., allow us to perform many good deeds and not waste it), and allow us to be of those who fast it with sincerity, faith, and a hopeful expectance of attaining [Your Reward O Allah], O Allah allow us to love having Emaan, and beatify it within our hearts, and make us of those who are successful. O Allah relieve the worry of the worried, from all the Muslims, and cure our sick, and the sick of all the Muslims...
So it is incumbent upon the individual to invest in Ramadan by performing righteous deeds and pleasing Allah (سبحانه و تعالى), and it is like a race [of good deeds] amongst the slaves, some slaves outpace the others – of them are those who always race to do righteous deeds, so they are victorious [in this life and the next], so be of the victorious.

THE ROPE BETWEEN YOU AND ALLAH
Abu Shurayah al-Khuza' aee said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us and said:
Receive glad tidings, receive glad tidings; do you not testify that there is none worthy of worship in truth except Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah?'
They said: 'Yes.'
The Messenger ﷺ said: "This Qur'aan is a rope, one end is in the Hand of Allah and one end is in your hands, so hold on to it. Verily you will not ever be misguided or destroyed after it.'

Al-Isra' 17:29
وَلَا تَجۡعَلۡ يَدَكَ مَغۡلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبۡسُطۡهَا كُلَّ ٱلۡبَسۡطِ فَتَقۡعُدَ مَلُومًا مَّحۡسُورًا
And let not your hand be tied (like a miser) to your neck, nor stretch it forth to its utmost reach (like a spendthrift), so that you become blameworthy and in severe poverty.
Divehi - Abu Bakr Ibrahim Ali (Bakurube)
(29) އަދި އެއްވެސްއެއްޗެއް ހޭދަނުކުރުމަށްޓަކައި އަތްނަގައި ކަރުގައި އައްސައި ކަސްތަޅުއަޅާފައި ނުބާއްވާށެވެ! އަދި އެއަތް އެކީއެކައްޗަކަށް ފަތުރާލައި ނިއުޅާލައި ނުހަދާށެވެ! (އެބަހީ: ކޮންމެހެން ހޭދަކުރަންވީ އެއްޗެއް ހޭދަނުކޮށް ނުބަހައްޓާށެވެ!) އަދި ހުރިހުރިހާއެއްޗެއް އެކީ ހޭދަނުކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ އެހެންހަދައިފިއްޔާ މަލާމާތް ލިބެވިގެންވާ އަދި ހިތާމަކުރަނިވި މީހަކުކަމުގައި ކަލޭވެދާނެއެވެ! (އެބަހީ: ކޮންމެހެން ކުރަންޖެހިއްޖެ ހޭދައެއް ނުކޮށްފިނަމަ އެމީހުންގެ މަލާމާތް ލިބޭނެއެވެ. އަދި އެކީއެކަށް އަތްމަތިހުސްކޮށްފިނަމަ ހިތާމަކުރަންޖެހޭނެއެވެ.)

The Way They Treat You
Have you ever been told to treat people the way they treat you?
Well, don't do that. Treat them better than they treat you. If a person's bad action makes you do the same, how can you say that you are any better? If a person discourages you from doing your own good, encourage him or her to do what's for his or her own good.
Remember, you don't have to listen to them, but you also don't have to answer them back in their own tone. If a person disrespects you, react to him or her with respect. Learn from the best. Don't compare yourself by looking down. Always look up to those who struggled yet still inspired their worst enemies.

From the Manners of a Wife with her
Husband
It is reported that the wife of Imam Said b. Al-Musayyib - Allah have mercy on him - said:
We only ever used to speak to our husbands like you address your commanders and lead-ers: [we would supplicate for them when talking to them] "May Allah keep you right!"
"May Allah keep you well!"
Abú Nu'aym, Hilyatu Al-Awliyã' 5:198.
After the death of his wife Umm Salih, Imam Ahmad - Allah have mercy on them, used to praise her. He once said:
In the thirty years she was with me, we never had a single word of disagreement.
Al-Khatib Al-Baghdadi, Tärikh Baghdād
16:626.

It is reported that the wife of Imam Said b. Al-Musayyib - Allah have mercy on him - said:
