You knock, He opens. You attend, He welcomes. You ask, He gives. You sin, He tests, You repent, He forgives. You sin again. He forgives again. You cry, He listens. Everything you do, is about you; and everything He does, is about you.

Al-Furqan 25:70
إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَٰلِحًا فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ ٱللَّهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡ حَسَنَٰتٍۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, for those, Allah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Divehi - Abu Bakr Ibrahim Ali (Bakurube)
(70) އަދި އެމީހަކު އީމާންވެ تَوبَة ވެ އަދި صَالح عمل ކުރި ކޮންމެ މީހަކު ދަންނައެވެ. އެފަދަ މީހުންގެ ނުބައިކަންތައްތައް ހެޔޮކަންތައްތަކަށް اللّه ބަދަލުކޮށްދެއްވާހުއްޓެވެ. އަދި اللّه ވޮޑިގެންވަނީ ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ رحمة ލެއްވުން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ކަލަކުކަމުގައެވެ.

Shaykh ibn 'Uthaymin رحمه الله said :
"If you see yourself relapse/deteriorate, pick yourself up by repenting and seeking Alläh's forgiveness and by asking Him to keep you firm, and don't become careless, and neither say,
"Inshä'Alläh, my iman will become stronger" (without doing anything about it).
Instead from right now - from the moment you feel that you are ill - you must implement the cure.
[Tafsir Sürah al-Nisä' 2/53]
