The mansions in Jannah are built based on ḏikr. If you stop ḏikr the Angels stop building the mansion. - Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya رحمه الله [Al-Waabil as-Sayyib, p.159]
‎Īsā (عليه السلام) said:

‎"Do not speak much without the mention of Allāh for you will harden your hearts.

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said,

‎ "Allah said, 'I am to my slave as he thinks of Me, (i.e. I am able to do for him what he thinks I can do for him)."

‎Bukhari 7505
Hadith

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
The Prophet (ﷺ) drew a few lines and said, "This is (man's) hope, and this is the instant of his death, and while he is in this state (of hope), the nearer line (death) comes to Him."

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The son of Adam (i.e. man) grows old and so also two (desires) grow old with him, i.e., love for wealth and (a wish for) a long life."

Al-Ma'idah 5:74
English - Tafsir ibn kathir

Will they not repent to Allah and ask His Forgiveness For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

This demonstrates Allah's generosity, kindness and mercy for His creatures, even though they committed this grave sin and invented such a lie and false allegation. Despite all of this, Allah calls them to repent so that He will forgive them, for Allah forgives those who sincerely repent to Him.

“And remember your Lord within yourself in humility and in fear” (Surah Al A’raf, 7:205)

There must be times for the servant to be alone with himself in his supplications, prayers, thinking, holding himself accountable, fixing his heart, and all matters pertaining to him in which no one else will share with him.

[Ibn Taymiyyah]

Self-reflection is vital for our spiritual growth. Let’s always dedicate some time in our day to reflect and be alone with Allah SWT.

“Yaqin is that you ask Allah for something, despite everything around you is indicating that it won’t happen. But you are completely certain and sure in your heart that Allah will accept your du’aa.”
—Umar Al-Mukhtar
Saw a heartwarming quote that said: “Allah made you Muslim because He wants to see you in Jannah.”

Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?
