🇺🇸🇲🇽Blackwater founder Erik Prince has suggested Trump issue "letters of marque" to American PMCs so they can attack targets outside the US.

In an interview with Breitbart News, he said these "privateers" could be used to fight drug cartels in Mexico and Latin America.

The last letter of marque in the United States was issued after Pearl Harbor in 1942, to a blimp operator who began hunting Japanese submarines. The introduction of something similar today would be a presidential order that would grant a private organization a “hunting license.”

This will help stop the flow of drugs and human trafficking across the US border.

The cartels make a lot of money, which allows them to buy very good equipment, highly trained specialists and modern weapons. They outgun Mexican law enforcement agencies.
