A Syrian immigrant has been arrested after stabbing an 11 year old girl to death in Nieuwegein, Netherlands.
A week earlier, local residents made a report that the 29-year-old Syrian was displaying confused behaviour, but no emergency services intervened, resulting in the immigrant being able to murder the little girl.
