The director of the Holodomor Museum in Kyiv has had her lawsuit over harassment over her obesity rejected with her appearance deemed "unsuitable" for the job.

Earlier, lawyer Klim Bratkovsky stated that Ukrainian Lesya Gasidzhak cannot hold this post because of her appearance.

"Mrs. Lesya's appearance is inappropriate in relation to the Holodomor Museum; it looks either like mockery or comical," the lawyer commented.

According to the lawyer, the face of the museum should be "a person who knows about hunger."

A rare win for the Ukrainian state.

I still love Keith, even though we're having a bit of a heated exchange right now. He's been a good friend to me for many years and is also I believe sincerely dedicated to securing a future for our race. We ARE slowly but surely becoming FULLY monetized - and I AM making some cautious (but fruitful) investments that are paying monthly dividends.

This week - last few days especially - have been really rough. I do NOT wanna be some gross, sadsack OLD person who bitches about his health. And I am a VERY private and stoic person. I ONLY raise this because I got obligations to people.

My RHEUMATOID disease has been really pounding me. HARD. I've got a lot of content in the can, I've been VERY active in recording, I'm making steady progress on the MANUSCRIPT(S). But there ARE days I can't even get outta BED.

Today - I planned to hit Washington Library and bang out (ideally) 10-20 pages. I was so symptomatic and fatigued I SLEPT the day away. Before I knew it it was 5pm.

This is NOT your problem. And I am NOT dying. I think I'm basically unkillable. But this is fucked up.

So FORGIVE ME - sincerely - for NOT being as available as I would like to be.

I WILL return phone calls, texts, emails by this WEEKEND.

I gotta REST - build up my STRENGTH (psychic and physical) to be on the ball for this PORTLAND trip that is coming up; and for the WINTER TOUR generally.
