This week - last few days especially - have been really rough. I do NOT wanna be some gross, sadsack OLD person who bitches about his health. And I am a VERY private and stoic person. I ONLY raise this because I got obligations to people.

My RHEUMATOID disease has been really pounding me. HARD. I've got a lot of content in the can, I've been VERY active in recording, I'm making steady progress on the MANUSCRIPT(S). But there ARE days I can't even get outta BED.

Today - I planned to hit Washington Library and bang out (ideally) 10-20 pages. I was so symptomatic and fatigued I SLEPT the day away. Before I knew it it was 5pm.

This is NOT your problem. And I am NOT dying. I think I'm basically unkillable. But this is fucked up.

So FORGIVE ME - sincerely - for NOT being as available as I would like to be.

I WILL return phone calls, texts, emails by this WEEKEND.

I gotta REST - build up my STRENGTH (psychic and physical) to be on the ball for this PORTLAND trip that is coming up; and for the WINTER TOUR generally.
