Augustus intends to fight his guilty verdict all the way to the Supreme Court.
He was just convicted of waving a tiki torch with intent to intimidate (felony) at the Cville night rally, a flagrant violation of his 1st Amendment rights.
I have no doubt in my mind that he will successfully appeal his verdict.
