The U.S. Secretary of State celebrated the rescue of the hostages held by the Maduro regime at the Argentine Embassy in Caracas.

The U.S. welcomes the successful rescue of all hostages held by the Maduro regime at the Argentine Embassy in Caracas.

Following a precise operation, all hostages are now safely on U.S. soil. Maduro's illegitimate regime has undermined Venezuela's institutions, violated human rights, and endangered our regional security.

We extend our gratitude to all personnel involved in this operation and to our partners who assisted in securing the safe liberation of these Venezuelan heroes.

🇻🇪⚡️🤝🇺🇸 — María Corina Machado describes as “impeccable and epic” the operation that managed to get the five opposition members out of the Argentine Embassy in Caracas, where they had taken refuge since March 2024. They are now safe in the U.S. after more than a year under siege and without basic conditions:

"An impeccable and epic operation for the Freedom of five heroes of Venezuela.

My recognition and infinite gratitude to all those who made it possible.

We are going to free each one of our 900 heroes imprisoned by this tyranny and 30 MILLION VENEZUELANS!

And with Freedom, will come the irreversible change to a Venezuela of Prosperity, Justice, and Peace!"

🇦🇷🤝🇺🇸🇻🇪 President Javier Milei thanked Marco Rubio and everyone involved in the “successful operation” that allowed five Venezuelan opposition members to be extracted from the Argentine Embassy in Caracas and transferred to the U.S. The government described the event as a key step in defending freedom in the region.

📝 See the full statement below:

"The Office of the President expresses its recognition of the successful operation that allowed the five Venezuelans sheltered at the headquarters of the Argentine Embassy in Venezuela to be successfully extracted from Caracas and transferred to U.S. soil.

President Javier Milei extends his thanks to all those involved, especially to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, for his personal commitment to this operation, which has made it possible for these true heroes to finally regain their freedom.

In addition, the National Government deeply values the efforts made to ensure the safety and well-being of those who were under Argentine protection for a long time against the persecution of Nicolás Maduro’s regime. This action represents an important step in the defense of freedom in the region.

Likewise, we will continue working closely with our allies to achieve the release of Argentine gendarme Nahuel Gallo, illegally kidnapped by the Venezuelan dictatorship. His freedom is a priority for this Government, and we will not stop until we achieve it."

Admin comment:

➡️ Previously, when an agreement was made for the Venezuelan regime not to harm family members of exiled political figure Edmundo González, the regime made every effort to display photos and records of the moment he was forced to sign a document.

➡️ When María Corina Machado was deliberately arrested, all Chavista media broadcast a video in which she was forced to give multiple statements, spreading it among allies and media outlets, such as the Brazilian newspaper 'ICL Notícias'.

➡️ In every plan involving the Venezuelan regime, the regime itself tends to enthusiastically publicize how it is in control of everything. Today, we didn't see that. Silence surrounds Miraflores.

➡️ The operation involved a disguised aircraft with altered registration to hide any possible ties to political or American operations. The decisions were discreetly sent via the Signal messaging app to a trusted embassy staff member, who only shared the information with the others just a few hours beforehand, leaving no trace that could be tracked by Venezuelan intelligence.

➡️ The transport was swift: an unmarked van that changed course several times to avoid being followed, taking routes that match those also monitored by the Venezuelan intelligence service (SEBIN).

➡️ If the United States managed to extract five opposition members from the very heart of the Chavista regime without firing a single shot or raising suspicion, the message is clear: Nicolás Maduro no longer controls even his own ground — and will need to be more careful in Miraflores.

🇮🇳🇵🇰 — Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri says Pakistan-based terrorists planned more attacks:

"Our intelligence indicated that further attacks against India are impending.

Thus,  compulsion, both to deter and prevent and hence earlier this morning, India exercised its right to respond to deter such more cross-border terrorism...

Our actions were measured and non-escalatory, proportionate and responsible.

They focused on dismantling terrorists' infrastructure."

🇵🇰Analysts tracking South Asia’s cyber domain note that Pakistan already fields localized SIGINT sweeps, silent SIM swaps, comms jamming and OTP relay manipulation, capabilities recently given formal legal cover, while the GPS disruption Indian pilots reported during Balakot shows that jamming platforms remain active and evolving.

🇨🇳 They assess that China supplies an ISR‑denial tier: BeiDou blind spots over the LoC, satellite‑drift incidents logged by Ladakh patrols, and APT‑linked malware tied to the 2020 Mumbai blackout, malcode that reportedly entered India’s grid through Southeast‑Asian shell firms.

🇹🇷 Turkish partnerships, formalised in 2022 defence pacts, appear to furnish EW kits proven in Libya and Karabakh, plus operator training in credential spoofing and covert narrative operations. Iranian playbooks on staggered grid interference and logistics sabotage, first field‑tested against Bahraini oil assets and Iraqi power networks, have reportedly transited to Islamabad through deniable channels.

🇮🇳Coordination among these actors is inferred from overlapping partnerships rather than publicly confirmed joint command, yet observers describe a plausible four‑nation stack capable of delaying GST uploads, scrambling inter‑bank sync windows, or seeding phantom AIS targets off India’s coasts, moves that would force Indian analysts to confront failures without clear attribution. In this model China handles uplink drift, Turkey provides tactical payloads, Iran shares timing doctrine, and Pakistan integrates execution, producing structural fatigue with no overt fingerprints while CPEC traffic keeps flowing.

🇮🇳🇵🇰India and Pakistan’s latest military standoff reflects a broader global shift as the U.S. and China deepen ties with opposing sides in South Asia.

India, historically nonaligned, has moved closer to the U.S. and its allies, sharply reducing its reliance on Russian arms, while Pakistan has become a major Chinese client.

India now sources a significant portion of its weapons from the U.S., France, and Israel, cutting Russian supplies by over 50% since 2010. Pakistan, meanwhile, gets about 80% of its arms from China.

India’s military is rapidly modernizing with U.S. and Western platforms, while Pakistan doubles down on Chinese technology, including J-10C jets and long-range missiles.
