🇨🇴❌🇨🇴— In the early hours of today 10 June, 2025, multiple vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIEDs, car bombs) and bomb attacks rocked the cities of Corinto, El Bordo (Patía), and Timbiquí, in the department of Cauca, Colombia.

The attacks, attributed to FARC - Estado Mayor Central (FARC dissidents) targeted police stations and security installations in Southwestern Colombia, causing material damage and leaving multiple civilians injured.

➡️ In Corinto, a car bomb exploded near police stations, while in El Bordo and Timbiquí, explosives on motorcycles and cylinders were detonated.

🇨🇴 Southwestern Colombia is known for being a nest for Terrorists from FARC-EMC, a Marxist-Leninist wing of FARC dissidents affiliated regionally with Mexico's Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG)
