➡️ Iran coordinated the attacks on the US air base in Qatar with Qatari officials and gave advance notice of their coming to minimize casualties.➡️ The officials said Iran needed to symbolically retaliate against the US, but at the same time, execute the attack in a way that would allow all parties an escape route.➡️ They described this strategy as similar to the 2020 strategy when Iran gave Iraq warning before launching ballistic missiles at a US base in Iraq following the assassination of its top military commander.
