In France, the Festival de la Musique is celebrated every June, a festival that was launched 30 years ago and aims to promote music among the population. Over its 30-year history in Paris, the festival, in parallel with the increase in the number of migrants, has come a long way from a large-scale European cultural event to a demonstration of progressive African-Arab multiculturalism and diversity.
In just one night of the festival in Paris: 371 people were arrested; 51 vehicles were burned; 1,500 injured, 14 of them seriously injured; 6 people were stabbed; and 145 women were injected with an unknown substance, most likely drugs via syringes.
After the injection of this substance, some of the victims felt worse, others experienced dizziness. Migration from Africa and Asia has ruined every public event in France.

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
We discussed with Krzysztof Paszyk, the Minister of Development and Technology of Poland, the issue of assistance in rebuilding Ukraine.
"Its successful implementation will help optimize the “military Schengen”, bring about a windfall of profits from facilitating the EU’s trade with Asia that could then be reinvested in its ongoing militarization program, and thus altogether pose a very serious national security concern for Russia.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced late last month that his country will invest €1 billion into expanding the Euroterminal Slawkow railway facility in southwestern Poland, which is significantly the EU’s only cargo hub adapted to handle broad-gauge trains from the former Soviet Union. The plan calls for expanding the existing terminal’s capacity from around 285,000 standard containers per year to half a million and building another terminal to boot, while the long-term plan is to build five of them in total.
(...)
Either Tusk expects a thaw in EU-Russian tensions or he expects that this trade will be conducted along the multimodal “Middle Corridor” (MC) linking together China and the EU via Central Asia, the Caspian Sea, the South Caucasus, the Black Sea, and then Odessa in this context. About that city’s port, former Polish Deputy Minister of Agriculture Michal Kolodziejczak informally proposed leasing at least one wharf there in April, which was followed by Ukraine inviting Poland to help rebuild its maritime sector."

"Update(1145ET): Among the most important, and somewhat surprising, things asserted by President Trump during his NATO summit presser Q&A, is that he's demanding Spain to pay twice as much in a trade deal - which he plans to personally negotiate and broker. Trump lavished rare praise on NATO members for reaching an agreement for each country to hit the 5% of GDP on defense spending target over the next ten years. Spain has been a notable hold-out and resistant. He used the opportunity to make clear his intention to make Spain "pay".
And Trump let it be known in front of the NATO audience: "I think Spain’s terrible what they’ve done. No, I do. They’re the only country that won’t pay the full — they want to stay at 2 percent," Trump answered a question posted by a Spanish reporter. He laid out his response will be to make Spain "pay twice as much" as part of a trade deal. But this raises the difficulty of how could the US directly tariff Spain?... given that of course Spain is part of the European Union and Washington is negotiating with the EU as a trading bloc. Still, he said this:
“Spain is the only country refusing to pay (for defense – ed.). So I will make you pay for trade. I think we will double the tariffs on Spain. We will make you pay.”
(...)
As expected, NATO members have agreed to new commitment to significantly boost defense spending, aiming to raise military budgets to 5% of GDP over the next decade—more than double the current 2% benchmark—at the ongoing major annual summit being held in The Hague. NATO's 32 leaders proclaimed Wednesday: “Allies commit to invest 5% of GDP annually on core defense requirements as well as defense-and security-related spending by 2035 to ensure our individual and collective obligations.”
The Trump-backed decision is being finalized in Netherlands this week, with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte having hailed the proposal as a "quantum leap' during a press briefing. Trump declared Tuesday that we're with NATO "all the way". And on Wednesday he's expected to give a big address, as all eyes are focused on the Iran bombing and what's next."

Trump says US and Iranian officials will talk next week as ceasefire holds
"Do the Iranians themselves know this? President Trump says Tehran and Washington will meet next week about a potential nuclear agreement.
"We’re going to talk to them next week, with Iran. We may sign an agreement, I don’t know. To me, I don’t think it’s that necessary. I mean, they had a war, they fought, now they’re going back to their world. I don’t care if I have an agreement or not," Trump said during a news conference at the end of Wednesday's NATO summit in The Netherlands.
But it appears Trump is sticking by his 'no enrichment' demand, at a moment the world doesn't really know precisely where Iran's stockpiled of enriched uranium is located. Only thing is... now there's not supposed to be any enriched uranium stockpiles in the country to speak of, after US was bombs away on it.
"The only thing would be asking for is what we were asking for before," Trump emphasized - though importantly he added that such an agreement is probably not necessary given the claim that the US successfully destroyed Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
"We want no nuclear, but we destroyed the nuclear. In other words, it’s destroyed. I said ‘Iran will not have nuclear.’ Well, we blew it up. It’s blown up to kingdom come, and so I don’t feel very strongly about it. If we got a document, it wouldn’t be bad. We’re going to meet with them," the president said."

"Trump buys icebreakers
At the NATO summit, Donald Trump announced plans to buy 15 icebreakers from Finland at once. Trump is traditionally not shy about making loud statements, but there is a more than serious strategic plan behind his words: strengthening the influence of the United States in the Arctic.
🔻Why do the United States need icebreakers?
▪️Washington's interest in the Arctic is natural. In recent years, the region has been actively militarized: Scandinavian countries that have joined NATO are increasingly considering the northern seas as a platform for putting pressure on Russia.
▪️The United States, in turn, openly declares its intention to strengthen its presence in the region, up to and including statements about the purchase or annexation of Greenland.
▪️In addition, the Arctic is rich in minerals, including rare earth metals that are critically important for the United States. After the reduction of supplies from China due to Trump's trade wars, the Americans found themselves in acute dependence on imports from other countries, and Greenland with its deposits became especially interesting to Washington.
🔻Why Finland?
▪️Finland designs and builds about 80% of all civilian icebreakers in the world (mainly on order from other countries), cooperating with the United States and Canada within the framework of the international alliance ICE Pact.
▪️The Americans are still experiencing serious difficulties with their own icebreaker fleet: the United States currently has only two full-fledged icebreakers, and both are outdated.
▪️The purchase of Finnish icebreakers will allow Washington to quickly increase its presence in the region and reduce the gap with Russia.
📌Yes, Russia still remains the leader in the number and quality of icebreakers, possessing the world's only nuclear icebreaker fleet and vast experience of working in the Arctic.
However, such an advantage requires constant support and investment, especially when the US, Finland and even China are actively increasing their Arctic capabilities.
❗️Therefore, we should not relax: the existing advantage should not only be maintained, but also constantly fueled, given the increasing competition for control over the Arctic.

❗️IAEA head says centrifuges at Iran's Fordow nuclear facility 'no longer operational'
In an interview with Radio France Internationale, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi said that while assessing the extent of the damage through satellite imagery alone is challenging, the force of the bombs used and the technical sensitivity of the facility make it clear that “we already know that these centrifuges are no longer operational.”
He explained that centrifuges, machines that enrich uranium by spinning at extremely high speeds, are highly sensitive to shock and require precise conditions to function. “There was no escaping significant physical damage,” Grossi said. “So we can come to a fairly accurate technical conclusion.”
However, Grossi cautioned against claiming that Iran’s nuclear program had been entirely “wiped out” by the joint Israeli-US strikes. He pointed out that not all of Iran’s nuclear facilities had been targeted and said Iranian officials had informed him they would implement “protective measures” to safeguard their already enriched uranium.
He declined to provide a precise estimate of how much the program had been set back, stating, “Perhaps decades, depending on the type of activity or objective.”

#BREAKING
💶 🪙 📉 ‼️ ❌ — While DXY (the US Dollar Index that measure the value of the United States dollar relative to a basket of foreign currencies) break new local lows not seen since March 2022 at 96.997, EUR/USD print a new local high (since September 2021) at 1.17451 USD per EUR.
Again, the interpretation in this case: it is not the Euro that is getting stronger, but rather the Dollar that (internationally) is getting weaker.

🇺🇸🇩🇰🇬🇱⚡️- US Northern Command has officially taken over military operations in and around Greenland from European Command, following President Trump’s order. The island plays a vital role in homeland defense due to its proximity to the US and its control over key sea lanes including the GIUK gap, the broader North Atlantic, the Northwest Passage, and the future Transpolar Sea Route. Greenland’s position makes it capable of regulating or severing these routes, including the vital trade link between the United States and Europe.

“President Milei has decided to eliminate the non-working day for Public Employee Day.
The State is not a place where one should be able to take a sabbatical or enjoy privileges that private sector workers lack—especially considering that it is these private workers who pay their salaries with the sweat of their brow through taxes.
The Argentina that worshipped statism and the public sector at the expense of the private one is a thing of the past.”
