The full humanitarian annexed clauses of the Gaza agreement:
1. 600 aid trucks will enter daily via the UN, approved international organizations, and the private sector. The trucks will include food, medical supplies, shelter equipment, fuel, and cooking gas.
2. Truck movement will be free from the south of the Strip to the north along two routes – Salah al-Din and al-Rashid.
3. Gazan residents will be allowed to leave Gaza for Egypt through the Rafah Crossing – under the same mechanism as the January 2025 agreement – after Israeli approval, under inspection and supervision by a European Union delegation. There will be no limit on the number of people leaving Gaza for Egypt.
4. For the first time since 7.10 – Gazan residents who left the Strip will be allowed to return, from Egypt to the Gaza Strip. The return of Gazans will begin only after a mechanism is formulated with the Egyptians, and then the criteria, scope, and the entire process will be determined.
***
2 important things to be taken from here:
1. Israel “controls the tap” of those entering and exiting, and there is no restriction on leaving Gaza via the Rafah Crossing.
2. This could be the beginning of the voluntary migration for gazans.

Netanyahu's statement with english captions
Keynotes from the speech:
I believed that if we applied heavy military and diplomatic pressure, we could bring back all the hostages, and that’s how we acted. It wasn’t easy, and I faced a lot of pressure.
Hamas has never agreed to release all of our hostages without us leaving Gaza (until now).
We will act to locate the fallen hostages as soon as possible.
Simchat Torah two years ago turned into a day of national mourning. This Simchat Torah will become a day of national joy.
Hamas will be disarmed and Gaza will be demilitarized. If this is achieved the easy way, so much the better, and if not, it will be achieved the hard way
***
Netanyahu clearly says in his speech that this is a ceasfire to bring back the hostages. Not the end of the war. He said that when moving to next phase Hamas doesn't lay down it's weapons and leave from power the easy way we will do it the hard way. So expect to be back to war soon.

🇺🇸🇻🇪 Maduro offered the U.S. oil and mining projects and to cut ties with China and Russia to avoid a conflict, but Trump rejected it
Hoping to end the conflict between his country and the United States, Venezuelan officials offered the Trump administration a dominant stake in Venezuela's oil and other mineral resources in talks that lasted for months, according to several people close to the discussions.
Maduro offered to open all current and future oil and gold projects to U.S. companies, grant preferential contracts to U.S. firms, reverse the flow of Venezuelan oil exports from China to the United States, and drastically cut his country's energy and mining contracts with Chinese, Iranian, and Russian companies.
The Trump administration ultimately rejected Maduro's economic concessions and halted diplomacy with Venezuela last week. This move effectively nullified the agreement, at least for now, according to sources close to the discussion.

🇪🇺 Von der Leyen survives dual no-confidence votes with strong majority
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has decisively withstood two fresh no-confidence motions in the European Parliament, as lawmakers overwhelmingly rejected challenges from both the far right and far left. The motions were defeated by wide margins, with 378 votes against the right-wing proposal and 383 against the left-wing effort.
This marks the third failed attempt to oust von der Leyen within a year, underscoring the political friction surrounding her second term. Despite vocal criticism over her handling of EU-Russia policy, digital regulation, and institutional centralization, the Commission chief maintains solid backing from the Parliament's centrist majority.
Von der Leyen’s survival reinforces Brussels' executive stability in a period of mounting geopolitical threats and internal fragmentation. However, the recurring challenges point to persistent resistance from ideological extremes across the bloc.

Vasili Nebenzia denunció que las maniobras militares de Washington "amenazan directamente la paz y la seguridad regionales e internacionales".
It's not like they don't know the terms.
They want to ignore something they themselves agreed to because they think things are back to October 6th.
