On today's European Space Agency's Sentinel-2 pass, I was able to locate what appears to be a US Navy Arleigh Burke Flight IIA conducting operations roughly ~220 miles (354 km) from the Venezuelan State of Falcón & ~250 miles (405 km) from the coast of Puerto Rico.

📝 Currently, Venezuela hands 30% of its oil production to US-based Chevron Corporation with no return in royalties for the Venezuelan State, as it hands Oil to Chevron to pay its debts to the corporation. Machado, thus, wants international investments to restore the crippled Venezuelan oil and refining infrastructure
