I see no obstacle to supplying our friendly nation with new systems such as the Oreshnik or the proven effective Kalibr missiles. No international commitment restricts Russia in this regard,”
stated Alexei Zhuravlyov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee.

He added that an Il-76 transport plane recently delivered Pantsir-S1 and Buk-M2E missile systems to Caracas.
