Most of the IAF airstrikes and standoff munitions strikes observed focused on Iranian Kurdistan with many of these strikes targeting police stations and border outposts.
Kurdish guerillas already participated in the January protests which were quashed by Tehran. Remains to be seen how much strength Kurdish guerillas have left and if the IAF and USAF can provide adequate support as they failed to do so back in January.

Trump is posting fantasies about “unlimited supply” while Raytheon can barely promise to “eventually” reach 1,000 Tomahawks a year and the Pentagon only budgeted 57 for 2026.
The industrial base is so hollowed out they’re threatening contractors with punishment if they don’t ramp up, even though the system physically can’t produce at wartime tempo.
America just showed the world that one regional confrontation with Iran drained decades of planning assumptions.

Some manufacturers, like Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd., have started reductions at certain urea plants, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified. Any prolonged disruption may compel companies to shut facilities, the people added, without providing details.
LNG is the primary feedstock for the production of urea, serving as both an energy source and a key input in the manufacturing process of the most widely used fertilizer.
India’s production cuts come as supply disruptions ripple through commodities markets, raising prices and stoking broader economic concerns. Rising prices of other raw materials used to make fertilizer, such as ammonia and sulfur, are adding to fears of higher production costs.
Pakistan’s Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd. has also informed customers it will be unable to supply regasified LNG to their fertilizer plants due to the Middle East conflict, according to a company notice seen by Bloomberg. The country receives most of its LNG from Qatar and the suspension takes effect from midnight Wednesday.
If the cuts last, India could be forced to step up costly imports ahead of peak agricultural demand during the monsoon season that begins in June. The country is the world’s biggest grower and exporter of rice and No. 2 producer of sugar, wheat and cotton.

"Authorities in Russia believe that Ukraine has quick access to Russian servicemen’s messages and exploits this for military purposes, which wouldn’t be possible without some degree of complicity on Telegram’s part, thus impugning its founder’s character after he denied working with foreign spooks.
The FSB claimed to have “reliable information that the Ukrainian armed forces and intelligence agencies are able to quickly obtain information posted on the Telegram messenger and use it for military purposes.” This coincides with the government allegedly throttling Telegram on the grounds that it’s not in compliance with local laws, which preceded reports that it’ll be banned on 1 April. The authorities denied that they have nay such plan but there’s no doubt that Telegram is now controversial in Russia.
Speculation about Ukraine’s access to the messages sent by Russian servicemen on that platform, which the FSB also touched upon in their two-sentence press release, is credible in light of founder Pavel Durov’s brief detention by the French authorities in 2024. Although he vehemently denied that he cut a deal with them for granting their authorities access to certain users’ messages and has since accused them of askingz him to ban conservative Romanian accounts, he might be lying and it could all be an act."

🚢 Tanker traffic through Strait of Hormuz down by 90%
Analysis of vessel activity indicates tanker transits are now around 90% lower than last week. Matt Wright, Principal Freight Analyst at Kpler, explains: "Unlike several other vessel segments where movements have largely ceased, some tankers are still travelling east and west through the strait, with a number of voyages occurring under AIS blackouts."

Jet fuel prices are soaring around the world as oil traders grapple with the fallout of the Iran war, adding to wider concerns about global inflation.
In Europe, they’ve spiked to the highest since 2022 — the year that Russia began its invasion of Ukraine — while prices in the US and Asia hit a more than two-year high, according to figures from General Index. Costs are rallying faster than crude oil, which has risen as the Middle East conflict destabilizes energy output and disrupts a crucial shipping route in the region.
The European Union’s aviation fuel market is particularly at risk from Middle Eastern oil export disruption caused by the war. Half of the bloc’s jet fuel imports pass through the Strait of Hormuz, compared with only about 12% for diesel, Eugene Lindell, head of refined products at consultancy FGE NexantECA, said on a webinar on Wednesday.
Energy and commodity markets have been shaken since the conflict began at the weekend. Prices of gas, diesel and even aluminum have also climbed, in addition to soaring freight costs, which threaten to filter through to prices consumers pay.
Jet fuel’s massive rally is showing up in other key market metrics. In northwest Europe, the fuel’s premium to crude oil hit a record high of more than $70 a barrel in data going back to 2008, according to General Index figures. In Asia, the differential between jet and diesel-type fuels — often called the regrade — reached its widest since 2023.
