The governments of Poland, France, and Germany have vowed to make Europe a security and defense power with a greater ability to back Ukraine.

These words come after Trump's comments appeared to invite Russia to invade NATO members not spending enough on its own defense.

"The Governments of Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Uruguay express their deep concern over the arbitrary detention of human rights activist Rocío San Miguel and strongly call on Venezuelan authorities to immediately release her and drop the charges against her.

Likewise, they reject the recent measures against the Technical Assistance Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Venezuela and demand full respect for human rights, the rule of law, and the holding of transparent, free, democratic, and competitive elections without any kind of pronoscription."
