🇨🇺🤝🇻🇪 — According to reports from OSINT networks belonging to groups of the Anti-Chavista Resistance, in addition to rumors of the presence of Members of the Russian PMC Wagner Group, there is the presence (this in turn confirmed) of Avispas Negras (Black Wasps) - Special Units of the Secret Service of the Cuban Regime - operating on Venezuelan soil.

➡️ These units, in turn, have the job and focus of eliminating any ideological or existential dissent within the Venezuelan security apparatus, something that happened repeatedly in 2017 and 2019, as well as assisting the ideologically motivated forces of the Chavista Regime (i.e. Colectivos and the Bolivarian National Guard) in suppressing protests and rebellions.

To be clear:

Due to the abstention of Colombia and Brazil and the absence of Mexico, the OAS failed to approve a resolution that required Nicolás Maduro to make public the minutes of his supposed victory.

18 votes were needed in the OAS, but there were only 17 in favor and 11 abstentions.
