Furthermore, the Argentine Republic condemns the filing of criminal charges against the winning presidential candidate and the main opposition leader, as well as the arbitrary detention of key figures from opposition political parties, journalists, and media workers.

The Argentine Republic reiterates its call on the Venezuelan authorities to respect their obligations under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations regarding the immunity and inviolability of official premises.
