Two final opinions to be released today: one on the EPA and "climate change" and another on Mexico asylum policy.

We'll see what the social justice warriors will have to say when all is said and done.

If 5 Justices decide the EPA never had authority to do any of this, it has vast repercussions all across every single Executive Branch agency:
