Another big day coming from the Supreme Court:

Two final opinions to be released today: one on the EPA and "climate change" and another on Mexico asylum policy.

We'll see what the social justice warriors will have to say when all is said and done.

If 5 Justices decide the EPA never had authority to do any of this, it has vast repercussions all across every single Executive Branch agency:

Two things: you have the Supreme Court rule Fed. agencies do not have the authority to usurp state rights and overrule state laws and essentially run those states from DC.

Including how these states handle their borders.

Then you have the Supreme Court rule that Remain in Mexico is the law. And if the Biden admin won't do it, states can do it.

Florida Supreme Court just authorized Gov. Ron DeSantis to empanel a grand jury to investigate immigration and open borders harms being inflicted on FL by the Biden administration's dereliction of duty in enforcing border laws.
