How do you close the border?
Two things: you have the Supreme Court rule Fed. agencies do not have the authority to usurp state rights and overrule state laws and essentially run those states from DC.
Including how these states handle their borders.
Then you have the Supreme Court rule that Remain in Mexico is the law. And if the Biden admin won't do it, states can do it.

Florida Supreme Court just authorized Gov. Ron DeSantis to empanel a grand jury to investigate immigration and open borders harms being inflicted on FL by the Biden administration's dereliction of duty in enforcing border laws.
👆🏼 read the thread. I'm quite interested in digging into Pfizer's next 10k statement to see how much their "marketing" expenses have risen since 2020.

Try to grasp this.
Nanshee, Chuckie, Ms Piggy...NONE OF THEM...so much as lifted a finger to try to verify any of the story Cassidy Hutchinson wanted to tell the entire country on television.
Did they contact the Secret Service?
They did not.
Did they contact Cippolone?
They did not.
With all the resources at their disposal, they couldn't be bothered to do any due diligence whatsoever.
These people are stupid.

States of AZ, TX, FL: "we would like to enforce our borders and stop this invasion."
Federal agencies" "LOL too bad. That's our job. And we're not doing it and we're not going to let you do it either! Suckers!"
THE THOMAS COURT: clears throat.

West Virginia case goes first.
Chief Justice John Roberts writes it. 6-3.
From SCOTUS BLOG:
Congress did not give the EPA the power to devise emissions caps based on the generation shifting approach the Agency took in the (Obama era) Clean Power Plan.

Biden's EPA tried to reverse all the changes made under Trump's EPA. But the changes Trump's EPA made were just reinstituted.

Great comment at SCOTUS blog:
Major Questions doctrine exists to enforce the idea that Congress must specifically tell agencies what to do, rather than pass broad enabling legislation that executive agencies can interpret as they see fit - thereby diluting political accountability

The EPA's view of its authority, Roberts writes, "was not only unprecedented; it also effected a 'fundamental revision of the statute, changing it from [one sort of] scheme of . . . regulation' into an entirely different knd."

👆👆👆The elites who live in the gate communities are abandoning the rest of you.
They can do this because they don't rely on the local police for for their protection. They have their own armed security.
The solution to this problem?
Concealed carry by all able citizens.
Thank you, Supreme Court.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court has agreed to take up an election integrity case involving the "independent state legislature theory." The ruling could curtail the power of state courts to say that election rules set by the legislature are unconstitutional, such as what happened in Pennsylvania

Remember the clever trick that Marc Elias and Democrats used: to help them rig 2020: end runs around state legislatures by doing DEALS with governors and state AG's and state courts.
