This is another important point brought up in GOA’s suit already filed in Federal court: these parts of NY’s new law were already addressed in Bruen and are illegal/unconstitutional. The idiots in NY Legislature so eager to deny people’s second amendment rights wrote their bill & passed it before seeing what was in the Bruen decision foolishly, & now face a successful court challenge striking the law down.
