The federal lower courts have treated the #2A as a government issued privilege not a right. Bruen changes that & will force lower courts into compliance.

Not one of the major anti gun rights laws on the books in several states, right now, including the recently passed federal red flag laws & New York’s new even more abusive anti carry law, can survive a legal challenge at the federal level due to Bruen decision.

WOW!!!! The US Supreme Court just forced the re-open of the case against Maryland’s Assault Weapons ban! The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals is being forced to re-open & re-hear this case & rule using BRUEN standards! This is HUGE! The 4th made up a bullshit excuse about AR-15s ‘being useful in military uses’ to rule ‘these rifles fall outside the protection of the 2A’. SCOTUS just vacated this & remanded the case. THIS IS ENORMOUS: the 4th Circuit & 9th Circuit courts are going to be forced to kill Maryland & California’s Assault Weapons bans.
