Raid was without merit. The FBI knowingly took privileged documents including attorney-client privileged materials that they knew it was illegal to seize, in a raid that politically motivated and aimed at a political rival of Biden.

They obtained a search warrant after judge shopping and gained it by false pretenses.

And then the selectively leaked to willing media outlets to smear the former President of the United States.

And within days of this, the backlash was so bad Attorney General Merrick Garland held a press conference where he Lied to the American people about the probable cause, the warrant itself, items seized and the legitimacy of the whole incident.

Is this what Equal justice is? Hillary Clinton had top secret Special Access Programs on her server and was never raided or searched. But here we are with Merrick Garland and Chris Wray's thugs raiding Mar-A-Lago to go after another Political Enemy.

The FBI allowed Hillary Clinton to destroy evidence, clean up her mess and literally gave her a pass on one of the most damaging leaks of highly classified national security information in US History.

And the treatment Donald Trump received, who declassified all documents at Mar-A-Lago which was his legal power as president, could not have been more different. Instead the FBI raided his home on a fake pretext, stole hordes of personal property including the President's personal passport, and seized documents they had to know were already declassified.

Again, this raid wasn't about classified documents— this was an attempt to intimidate a Political Enemy, the goal to scare him away from running for office again.

I have a lot to say about this. As a former Information Technology profession for the Department of Defense, one of my duties was to clean up 'spillage': thats the term for classified information that intentionally or accidentally is transmitted on unclassified systems in contravention of the rules of classification. I have seen people go to prison for many years for so much less than Clinton did.

To think that the FBI KNEW that foreign nations (China, Russia, Iran, and others) had penetrated her server and compromised all the information sent to/from it, and deliberately downplayed and failed to act on this is a CATASTROPHIC BREACH OF US NATIONAL SECURITY.

MORE: They not only allowed it to go uninvestigated in any meaningful way, they allowed Cinton and her lawyers to DESTROY EVIDENCE, to hide the crime making it impossible to fully understand the depth of damage done to US National Security.

This is just STUNNING: The FBI literally STALKED a sitting US Congressman, and terrorized his family on a family vacation to seize electronics. This is something right out of the inner ring in Moscow that the KGB would do. It was a Republican Congressman, of course, an outspoken critical of the #illegitimate Biden regime. The 2019 audit proves beyond question the FBI is a political weapon, a secret police force, being used against one political party.

So the committee asked Director Christopher Wray about all this. And he lied straight faced to them and all of America. Wray and the FBI have repeatedly been asked for documents from the 2019 audit and have violated oversight laws in refusing to provide them to the committee. This report also shows that the FBI failed to seek search warrants and acted in many of these cases without predicate and without probably cause, just like they did in the #spygate Trump-Russia smear investigation.

The FBI has an entire DIVISION devoted to Counter Terrorism, with thousands of field agents and analysts.

Yet they turned a blind eye towards #antifa #BLM & #prochoice murder, attempted murder, terrorism, and other violence. They allowed the attempted assassination of Justice Kavanaugh to unfold yards from his house, where it was prevented by local police on scene.

The Attorney General of the United States and the FBI willingly allowed politically motivated violence (the textbook definition of terrorism) to be used against pro-life locations, people and Supreme Court Justices.
