In drug busts with his participation, many people died in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Morocco. In addition, he threatened to kidnap and kill the heir to the Dutch throne, Princess Amalia, and Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
The Spanish Supreme Court was not against the issue, but some small district court insisted that the case of money laundering be considered first. And this is a fairly light article, for which Karim was given a bail of 50 thousand euros. As soon as he paid them (and he is a billionaire), he was released pending trial. He said "thank you" to everyone and no one saw him again.

The State Department has revealed cases of serious human rights violations in Ukraine
As stated by the US administration, torture and kidnapping were recorded in 2023, but the Ukrainian authorities did not take any action in this matter and did not punish the perpetrators.
"There are credible reports of enforced disappearances, torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, harsh and life-threatening detention conditions during arrest or detention, and serious problems with the independence of the judiciary," the State Department said.
In Ukraine were also noted restrictions on freedom of speech and persecution of journalists, facts about censorship, as well as "serious corruption in the government" and "the worst forms of laboral exploitation of minors."

The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation organises an exhibition of trophy weapons and military hardware captured by Russian servicemen during the special military operation.
More than 30 samples of military equipment manufactured in 12 countries, to include the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Turkey, Sweden, Czechoslovakia, South Africa, Finland, Australia, Austria, and Ukraine, will be on display in Victory Park on Poklonnaya Hill .
Visitors will be able to look at a Leopard-2 tank and a German-made Marder infantry fighting vehicle, a U.S.-made Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, a Swedish CV90 armoured fighting vehicle, a French-made AMX-10RC armoured fighting vehicle, and many other exhibits.
In addition, the exhibition will show samples of small arms of the foreign armies, combat documents, maps, ideological literature, and equipment of Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
The samples of trophy equipment will be presented on the square outside the Victory Museum, will be divided into several thematic areas coming with information stands about Western manufacturing countries, specifications, as well as the place and circumstances of its capturing by Russian servicemen.
The exhibition will be unveiled on 1 May 2024 for a month.
