Sanctions have become one of key factors of Russian economic growth — minister
According to the World Bank’s revised GDP assessment in terms of purchasing power parity in 2024, Russia was the world’s fourth-biggest economy on GDP in terms of purchasing power parity.

US carries out second Minuteman III ICBM training launch in one week
The United States has carried out a second training launch of the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from the US Space Force Vandenberg base in one week, according to a statement on the base's website.
"An unarmed Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile launches during an operational test at 1:46 a.m. Pacific Time on June 6, 2024, at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif," the statement reads.
The first operational test took place on June 4.

Bolivia grateful to Russia for joint projects — president

Prime Minister Gabriel Attal has stressed that the option of sending instructors to the war torn country is “not taboo”.
Attal’s comments come following repeated suggestions by the country’s president Emmanuel Macron that Paris cannot rule out the possibility of deploying its troops to the battlefield in Ukraine to prop up the government in Kiev in its fight against Russia.
Several major news outlets have also recently reported French plans to send its instructors to train Kiev’s forces in Ukraine. Macron has refused to comment on “decisions that are yet to be made” but has not denied the rumors.

Zelensky rejects Indonesia’s peace plan

The minister proposed a peace plan to end the Ukraine conflict at the Shangri-La Dialogue defense summit in Singapore on Saturday, calling for a demilitarized zone and a United Nations-run referendum in what he described as disputed territory.
