Instructions of Ukrainian Center for Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (TsIPSO) for sabotaging the referendum process:

"You need to work 4 days and gain confidence. Do you understand?
On the fifth day of voting, you must disrupt the election by any means possible. You must slash the tires of the cars on which the visiting commission will move, and prevent them from entering the voting houses. It will be very good if you make a video in which local residents call names or beat the election commission. Do you understand?"

The tragedy happened this morning at an Izhevsk school. A man in black burst into the school and opened fire.

Seven people died 😢 The adults included two men and two women. All the pupils who died were boys. Eight children received various injuries. Three of them are in critical condition.
