Viktor Bondarev filed a report addressed to Sergei Shoigu with a request to return him to service to participate in the SMO.

This was announced by Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Yuri Vorobyov.

Bondarev was previously Commander-in-chief first of the Russian Armed Forces, later of the Russian Air Force. Now he holds the position of chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security.

The organization of pro-Ukrainian terrorists has claimed responsibility for the shooting of schoolchildren in Izhevsk — they run a Telegram channel dedicated to shooting

A certain RAMP community (Russian Amoral Murder Portrait), which took responsibility for the shooting of schoolchildren in Izhevsk, since September, have been sending out messages about false mining in schools throughout Russia and in the Donbass, each time mentioning that the liberated territory of Ukraine is occupied.

The RAMP community has many Telegram channels, one of them is dedicated to the swatting (false danger message), deanon (disclosure of personal data) and columbine. The denoscription of the channel says that its official language is Ukrainian.

Does Izhevsk murderer Artem Kazantsev have anything to do with it to this channel — it is not yet known. The terrorist shot at least 15 people, including children, was registered in a neuropsychiatric dispensary with a diagnosis of dementia.
