Now there is a defense side.

If the court decides to arrest Pavel, then the lawyers asked him to appoint building number 42 on the territory of the monastery as the place of house arrest. There, their client could perform divine services.

The judge accepted the request. But he added that in order to satisfy it, the permission of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra reserve is necessary, since the monastery is owned by the state.
