The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia stated that Soros' organizations pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and the security of the state.

His comment was published in response to the publication of an article by journalist Ben Scullan alleging that organizations funded by the Soros Foundation are promoting censorship policies in Ireland and Scotland .
