Hello!
Yes, a citizen of Russia has the right to apply for an invitation of his close relative who is a foreign citizen.

A close relative who is a Russian citizen should apply to the Russian Consulate in his/her country to obtain a private (family) visa for 12 months.

It is only necessary to attach all the standard visa documents and a notarised application from the Russian citizen (examples are available on the Russian Embassy website), as well as a document that confirms kinship with the Russian citizen.

Close relatives include the following category 👇
1) spouse,
2) parents (adoptive parents),
3) children (adopted),
4) spouses of children,
5) full- and half-brothers and sisters,
6) grandparents
7) grandchildren.

The Russian army eliminated instructors from the UK and NATO who worked with the Ukrainian army in the special military operation zone, ex-adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Colonel Douglas McGregor, said on the Godfrey Bloom Official YouTube channel.

Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev emphasized that British advisers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine would become a legal target for the Armed Forces and would be mercilessly destroyed not as mercenaries, but precisely as NATO specialists.
