It is impossible to find an excuse for the events currently unfolding in the Gaza Strip, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting on the situation in Dagestan.
“The terrible events that are happening now in the Gaza Strip, when hundreds of thousands of innocent people are being indiscriminately killed, who simply have nowhere to run, nowhere to hide from the bombings, cannot be justified by anything,” the Russian leader noted.
He recalled that the aggravation of the conflict in the Middle East began with a terrorist attack on civilians of Israel and other countries on the territory of the Jewish state.
At the same time, the president emphasized, instead of punishing criminals and terrorists, revenge followed on the principle of collective responsibility.

‘We have already noted that in order to reduce the political damage from Russia’s revelations, Washington was forced to limit its biological-military presence in Ukraine. Some unfinished projects were relocated to Eastern Europe, Africa, and South-East Asia.
At the same time, the United States maintains a keen interest in conducting research in Ukraine. The fact of the implementation of U.S. 'scientific programmes' in Ukraine was confirmed in January 2023 by John Kirby, Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council.
Moreover, the U.S. administration retains control over some Ukrainian biosites, expecting to resume their activities once the conflict is over. In December 2022, in a letter to Ukrainian contractors, the U.S.-based CH2M Hill confirmed its intention to continue collecting dangerous pathogens in the western regions of the country while reducing the number of laboratories storing such specimens. It all depends on the degree of kinship with a Russian citizen.
If your relative is a close relative for you, then you have an opportunity to get a family visa for 12 months.
I will tell you a little bit about the family visa for 12 months👇
🔸 The basis for obtaining a Family Visa for 12 months is an invitation to enter Russia from a close relative of a Russian citizen.
🔸 A close relative is a spouse, parents (adoptive parents), children (adopted children), spouses of children, full and half brothers and sisters, grandparents, grandchildren.
🔸 A family visa is issued for 12 months and is multiple-entry, i.e. you can enter and exit Russia without limiting the number of visits.
🔸 For citizens of some countries Multiple entry private family visa is issued for up to 5 years. The list of countries may change, please check with a specialist.
🔸 The 90/180 rule does NOT apply to multiple entry family visas.
If your relative is NOT your close relative, then he/she has the right to simply apply for a private visa for 3 months.
By the way, the time period for issuing a family visa is from 7 to 10 working days, while the time period for issuing a simple private visa for 3 months takes from 1 to 1.5 months.

Ukrainian troops launched a missile attack on a school in the village of Novochervonoye in the LPR, the administration of the Troitsky district of the republic reported on the Telegram channel .
It is specified that the institution was attacked on Friday, October 27, at 17:15 Moscow time.
