I remove people with sketchy profiles who either are fascists, racist, xenophobic, queerphobic, pro-war, sexist, ableist, like to spread misinformation/to troll, glorify nazis and neonazis, or who are abusive in general/have a history of being abusive in other chats.

I check the profile of every new subscriber ; do reverse image searches with sketchy pfps (old pictures of people, pics that look "official", symbols, etc.), check the channels in your bios, check your messages in chats we have in common, check if your username is in any list or if it has been mentioned as to avoid in chats, etc..
I'm not risking letting abusers, fascists or simply assholes get access to chats of channels I forward content from.

Do not "ask for appeal", I really don't care. If you get banned there's a reason.
