The best punishment for an horny guy is marriage.
I'm not married btw. It was just a reaction to me finding out about the retarded 2015 verdict in some Texas rural town where the judge decided to marry a guy who punched the ex of his GF.
Does "great men" exists in history, and are able to change history unilaterally?

The deal includes four combined-cycle gas turbine power plants totaling 4000 MW and a 1000 MW solar plant in southern Syria.
The agreement was held with U.S. envoy "Thomas Barrack", Qatari CEO "Ramez Al-Khayyat", and Turkish Energy Minister "Alparslan Bayraktar".

Will just say what I think.
I think Syria suffered enough. Let them rebuild. Let them have peace.
They need to have their basic needs met, and then the establishment of a strong state with strong institutions, a strong legal system, and if they work hard, and I'm sure they'll do, in 20 years we'll go back in time and say "They are functional, and they deserve it".
