I'm shocked by what I saw walking down the street.

A 16 yo boy, a latino, talking down to what appeared to be his 11 yo French Canadian GF.

And don't think just Latinos do that, this is like the 6-7th time I've seen such stories of pedos in Quebec, most of times with the guys being French-Canadians.
