The AlQassam Brigades sniped and killed an IDF Marksman, alongside his assistant, then proceeded to target the rest of the IDF Force in the building, which belonged to the "Netzah Yehuda" battalion, with 5 "TBG-7V" Thermobaric projectiles, killing and wounding them.

The IDF admitted 12 causalities as a result of the operation, of whom announced killed.
