🇮🇷📞🇺🇸 — The first round of negotiations between Iran and the United States on the issue of lifting sanctions and the nuclear issue has ended.

➡️In these negotiations, mediated by the Sultanate of Oman, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and Steve Witkoff, the US President's Special Representative for the Middle East Policy, exchanged their governments' positions on issues related to Iran's peaceful nuclear program and the lifting of illegal sanctions against Iran through the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, in a constructive atmosphere.

➡️The two sides agreed to continue these talks next week.

➡️It is worth noting, that according to multiple media outlets, after more than two and a half hours of indirect negotiations, the heads of the Iranian and US delegations spoke for a few minutes face to face in the presence of the Omani Foreign Minister upon leaving the talks.

🏳️🇵🇰 — Several Islamist insurgent groups in Pakistan have announced a merger, coming under a new group called Ittihad al Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP)

➡️ Tehreek-e-Taliban Hafiz Gul Bahadur Group and Tehreek-e-Lashkar-e-Islam Pakistan and Harakat Islami Pakistan, three insurgent groups operating in northern Pakistan announced their merging yesterday on the 11th of April 2025.

➡️ IMP claimed its' first attack today in Tirah Maidan, killing a Pakistani soldier with a sniper rifle. Khyber District in northern Pakistan.

🇲🇱🇷🇺🇲🇱 — 12 civilians were kidnapped then executed by Wagner PMC and Malian army soldiers yesterday in Zarho, central Mali.

➡️ Locals in the area have come out in protest of the killing and demanding the expulsion of foreign mercenaries from the country.

➡️ The Malian army and its mercenaries regularly carry out attacks on local businesses and villagers, sometimes burning whole settlements, under the accusation of harboring JNIM/ISSP/FLA militants.

⚡️🇮🇱❌🇵🇸 - The IDF has announced that it has expanded it's offensive in northern Gaza, and has begun an advancement overnight towards the areas of "Daraj" and "Tuffah" of central Gaza city, northern Gaza.
